If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on returns and exchange.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

In order for the Goods to be eligible for this process, please make sure that:

  • Purchased/delivered in the last 3 days.
  • The goods are in their original condition.

Return in cases (applicable for gift boxes only)

  • If the delivered parcel does not match your order.
  • If the parcel is damaged during the transit.

Customized products can not be returned or exchanged. If there are any quality concerns, our dispatch team will assist accordingly. 

Note: We do not offer refunds.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Returning Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. You should send the product at the following address:

    It is to inform you that we are unable to issue a return without actual receipt of the purchase or proof of received goods delivery.
